In order to participate in each competition category, certain materials are required when submitting information. To ensure that all the required data is indeed sent, the U4energy team has developed templates to assist participants.

Energy Saving Plan
| The Plan consists of a list of the implemented energy saving measures, results obtained in terms of energy savings, financial savings and CO2 reduction (Energy Saving Tool), evaluation of the awareness and energy use behaviour of participants (Questionnaire). |

Questionnaire - primary
| a set of qualitative and quantitative questions will help participants reflect on their use of energy and monitor how their behaviour evolves over the competition period. Questions cover various energy related topics including heating, lighting, transport and resource and material management. |

Questionnaire - seconday

Lesson Plan

Campaign Plan
| Document that describes the major elements of your campaign – the objectives, the audience, the messages, the tools and timetable and the evaluation method used. Communications may include all written, spoken, and electronic interaction with the audience. Tools used may comprise online communications, print publications, videos, power point presentations, pictures, surveys, reports, media relations, certificates and awards, speeches, ‘corporate’ identity materials (letterhead, logo, etc.) among others. |
